Fine Art Still Life of "A Moments Visit".

"A Moments Visit" was painted from a neighbors flower garden. The lilies light up in the sun and contrast beautifully with the green foliage and stems. The butterfly, a red general, has sharp colors and is brilliant against the yellow lily. The butterfly landed on one of the lilies for an instant and was gone in the blink of the eye. Thus the title of the painting "A Moments Visit". Available in prints and the original oil painting.

Artist's Comments: I was inspired by the beauty of my neighbors flower beds and all the butterflies that were drawn by the lush vegetation, and sweet smelling blooms. It was very difficult to capture the butterfly on the flower because they linger for such a short amount of time.
